"Brocade loves T.O and has made the Top Ten for Calgary's coveted Exposure contest!"
Hello and goodbye Canadian Music Week! A big thank you to everyone at the show, the staff at Cherry Colas, Tina from Gibson and all of the great people we met in Toronto. The trip was great, we love it in the Big Smoke. Without wasting a minute we came home to the studio where we have been busy recording new Brocade songs! The band has taken a short breather from our show schedule to begin the sophomore Brocade effort.

Brocade has been chosen as a top ten finalist for Calgary's X92.9 Exposure contest. So...
Visit there website www.x929.ca, go to the music widget in the middle of the page, click the exposure tab and you can hear two new Brocade tunes...
"Hearts with teeth" and "This Love Is Right" And while you are there please vote for us! In fact tell everyone to vote!!! The grand prize is 25,000.00!!! The top 3 winners are announced in June and voting ends with May. You can vote daily which will feed your Karma, the universe will be taking notes and paying you back accordingly. Promises. We will be resuming shows in the late summer and looking to officially release.

| Brocade is excited to be apart of Canadian Music Week 2012 and even more excited to be showcasing at "Cherry Cola"s Rock N Rolla Cabaret"! Super cool venue in Toronto, we are pumped to see all of our T.O friends and hopefully some new ones too for the show so drag em out this will be an epic set! A special thanks to Toro Magazine for their "Garage Sessions" feature on Brocade, airing late march as well as The Crew from "The Score" sports channel for their upcoming feature as well. More dates will be announced soon for some late spring touring as well as some new sneak peek material the band is working on in the studio. Lastly a shout out to all of you who have been requesting our video "Riot Riot" on AUX TV, keep up the good fight, we love you Mom! |

Welcome to the new official Brocade website.
Brocade is happy to officially announce the release of our first video "Riot Riot", directed by Jeremy Pollock. The shoot was fantastic, thank you again to all of the crew and the great people behind us that helped bring this idea to life. The band is hitting the road this winter in support of "Like You Were Here" we will be showcasing throughout Western Canada and making a stop at Canadian Music Week, check the Tour page for info.
Speaking of live shows get ready for some new tunes, Brocade is working new material into the live set for an upcoming spring recording session. Lots happening in Brocadia, tell a friend and like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter for up to date info and announcements.
